In a pan, add sugar and water. 2. Boil until slightly sticky (1-string consistency). 3. Add cardamom, saffron, and lemon juice. 4. Keep syrup warm (not cold). 2️⃣ Make Batter 1. Blend crumbled paneer until smooth. 2. Add maida, cornflour, baking powder, curd, and food color. 3. Mix to make a smooth, thick batter (like piping consistency). 4. Rest for 10–15 minutes. 3️⃣ Fry Jalebi 1. Heat oil/ghee on medium-low flame. 2. Fill batter in a piping bag or squeeze bottle. 3. Pipe spiral shapes directly into oil. 4.
